After I looked around online for the best foam roller to help alleviate my thoracic back pain due to fibromyalgia, I came upon Atlas foam rollers. After months of using my high density roller I can honestly say that it has changed my life for the better. It gives me consistent results every time and it helps to alleviate my upper back pain. It’s a must have for anyone seeking targeted relief for any muscle pain. This roller was worth every penny, and thanks to its durable construction I won’t ever have to worry about my roller losing its shape.

I’ve used foam rollers for a while and they have worked wonders on my back, but the Atlas roller takes it to a whole other level! Thanks to the handles and bearings I can target the muscles I want to hit with exceptional control. This roller is an essential tool for maintaining my flexibility despite rigorous strength training. In addition to the deep tissue massage provided by the high quality foam, I’ve found that the handles can be used for assistance in a variety of stretches, back bends, and yoga poses.

And if you want an incredible core workout, this roller will get it done! There are a ton of creative moves you can throw together to strengthen your abs, lower back, quads, chest, shoulders, and arms. The first time I used the Atlas roller to work out I was sore as hell the next day. But then I just used the same roller that kicked my core’s butt to roll out all the tightness and I felt like a million bucks again!

Awesome foam rollers! I am new to foam rolling. These are a completely different league… amazing quality, much easier to use for a beginner. I fractured one foot and then the other in a series of unfortunate events. The last fracture I was NWB for 8 weeks so I have some atrophy on one side and am working to even things out and have had weird pains and spasms. Foam rolling has been my answer. I have used my new Atlas rollers twice now, and there is no comparison. I am going to show them trainer. I think she will make the switch as well. Thanks a million.

The Atlas roller is a great tool and easy to use. I’ve enjoyed how the steel bar makes it withstand lots of pressure and really digs in deeper than your average foam roller.

The foam roller helps me to work out early morning stiffness every day and to help my shoulders. After a hard workout, using the foam roller helped me to lessen the soreness the next next day.

I have been very pleased with the Atlas Foam Roller. I am especially impressed with it’s versatility. It is very well made and well thought out. I enjoy using it in the evening to help me relax. I’ve noticed that I sleep better and feel more rested when I wake up, not to mention that I have a higher energy level throughout the day. I highly recommend it

I use my atlas roller as a pain relief tool. After I had a car accident and a long hospitalization I continually had back pains and neck pains; with the atlas roller I was able to adjust my own back and roll the pain out in my neck. This is a great tool I use in between chiropractor visits or if I don’t have time to see my chiropractor for long periods of time. I have also used the atlas roller as a means to work out. If I can use the atlas roller anyone can!!! I highly recommend it to anyone!!

As a mother of a 3 year old and a 8 month old I was desperate for help. My hips were often getting out of alignment causing weekly chiropractic appointments. Stretching would help but many times I was not able to relieve the deep aches. My kids top the charts when they are measured at the doctors office. I was out to try anything that could save me time and ease the aches and pains of carrying these two kids around. I found it! I started using this roller in August 2014. I have not been to the chiropractor since! I stretch with it at night and sometimes during the day at the office when I have sat at the computer too long. I have since purchased a few more rollers for family members.

This foam roller is top of the line! I met Mark Harman as a Chiropractic student at Parker college. He came in regularly to receive adjustments from me. He always followed up our consults and treatment with his brand of foam rolling. That is how I was introduced to the Atlas Foam Roller and muscle pique stick roller. After moving away to Idaho I decided to invest in the Atlas Foam Roller and muscle pique. They are the best quality and my patients love the effectiveness of these unique tools.

We use all types of foam rollers in our practice out of Dallas. By far Mark’s Atlas Foam Roller gets the job done well! The therapists and techs even use it. I will endorse this foam roller to everyone.
